The Day of Coordination Package is for the couple that has already chosen the ceremony, reception site and all the vendors for the day, but would like a full day of corrdination and assistance with any remainders of the planning process. This package includes the following: - 8 hours of consultation/coordination
- Unlimited email and phone calls
- Walk through of chosen venues
- Contact with chosen vendors
- Detailed timeline of events, distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants
- 1 hour of rehearsal time if needed
- Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the ceremony and reception
- Decorate cake serving set and toasting flutes
- Handle any additional decor of ceremony or reception
- 10 hours of coordination on the day
- Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Coordinate the timing of events from beginning to end
- Supervising and communicating with all vendors
- Make sure wedding dress and veil are perfect before your entrance
- Personal Touch guest baskets for the restrooms
- Ensure everything is packed up for you at the end of the event
