The One to Two Month Package is for the couple who prefers to plan most of the wedding arrangements, yet requires more assistance with with the last months of preparation. Personal Touch will take some of the burden of tying up loose ends and last-minute arrangements. This package includes the following: - 16 hours of consultation/coordination
- Unlimited email/phone calls
- Contact with chosen vendors
- Walk-through of chosen venues
- Review of all contracts
- Detailed timeline of events, distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants
- Confirm vendors one week prior to event
- One hour ceremony rehearsal
- Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the ceremony and reception including programs, favors, cake serving set, toasting flutes, guest book, etc.
- Unlimited hours of coordination on the day
- Handle any additional decoration of ceremony and/or reception
- Decorate cake serving set and toasting flutes
- Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Coordinate the timing of events from beginning to end
- Supervising and communicating with all vendors
- Make sure wedding dress and veil are perfect before your entrance
- Personal Touch guest baskets for restrooms
- Disburse final payments to all vendors on your wedding day
- Ensure everything is packed up for you at the end of the event; cake top, toasting flutes, guest book, cake server, gifts, etc.
