This package is for the bride that would like a professional to take over the entire planning process of their special day and have the luxury of having an expert attend to all the details. By having Personal Touch take care of all the research and coordinating, you can put your time and energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process. This package includes the following: - 32 hours of consultation/coordination
- Initial meeting with the couple to determine budget, type of wedding desired and to determine your personality, taste and style
- Unlimited email and phone calls
- Location/venue selection
- Assist in creating a budget
- Review vendor contracts
- Advise on etiquette, attire and family traditions
- Attend vendor meetings when necessary
- Walk through of chosen venues
- Assist with design and decor of ceremony/reception
- Assist with seating charts
- Detailed timeline of events, distributed to all vendors and wedding party participants
- Confirm vendors one week prior to event
- One hour ceremony rehearsal
- Placement of all personal items provided by the client for the ceremony and reception
- Decorate cake serving set and toasting flutes
- Handle any additional decor of ceremony or reception
- 10 hours of coordination on the day
- Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Coordinate the timing of events from beginning to end
- Supervising and communicating with all vendors
- Make sure wedding dress and veil are perfect before your entrance
- Personal Touch guest baskets for the restrooms
- Assist with your invitations (assemble and mail - couple is responsible for postage)
- Disburse final payment to all vendors on your wedding day
- Ensure everything is packed up for you at the end of the event
